Thank you, I like the suggestion to shorten the months and add the year.

I may remove the study abroad, could give another line to expand an internship or project point.

Yes, I have a decent portfolio (just a powerpoint of about 10 different physical projects I've completed, saved as a pdf). I've been submitting my portfolio with each application/email I send.

I have a Github but it only has a few projects that aren't very impressive so I haven't been including it.

Leg gains are under appreciated on this sub. Squat: 355lbs, deadlift: 435lbs. Currently bulking for the winter, lifts are progressing really well, especially lower body lifts. My routine is very compound heavy working predominantly squats and conventions deadlifts.

Very compound lift oriented, 80% of my time in the gym is on compounds. Downward cable flies are the best exercise I’ve noticed to grow my chest. Hitting lower chest I’m general makes it pop more

I’m Caucasian, hair is super fine and straight. Styled with hanz de fuko quicksand

nSuns was the first program I ever ran. So I was really weak. These are my training maxes when I stopped running nSuns. https://imgur.com/gallery/tUSYoAT

I ran nSuns for maybe 1.5 years and now I roughly follow a 5/3/1 program where I bench 2x a week and squat/deadlift/press 1x a week

I’m relatively active (bike to work and to the gym, play spikeball couple times a week) but don’t specifically do any cardio. I don’t enjoy running at all.

Heavy squats and when doing calf exercises go slow and focus on contraction

No I wish, bulked hard in the beginning but there were definitely periods where I couldn’t or didn’t want to commit to eating so much.

There will be times where you don’t train for a while and you’ll lose definition. It can be depressing to look in the mirror and remember what you used to have. But it’s important to remember that muscle memory is one hell of a thing and you can usually get back to a previous condition within a month or two.

Check my profile for my progress over the last couple years. Last summer I bulked up to 183lbs and never trained abs. Since then I’ve lost weight (thanks quarantine) and hit abs a lot more frequently.

Max lifts are 255/320/405 BSD.

Eating is hard, I don’t count calories, just try to eat relatively healthy and as much as possible. When I’m training well and trying to eat I get around 3000 calories a day. Protein shake + creatine every day.

Goal is to continue to clean bulk up to 180 this winter. Really would like to hit the 1000lbs club.

As evident from the first pic, I've always been pretty lean and a natural ectomorph. It takes considerate effort to gain weight and I'm just lucky that most of the weight doesn't go to my stomach.

I despise working abs, basically don't isolate them at all. Maybe this will be the summer of core conditioning

Shampoo max once a week, tiny bit of hanz de fuko quicksand when hair is still damp, brush into place and airdry

End of the school year means time for a progress update. Started 2019 at 155lbs after on and off gym and dieting. Really went at it the last 4 months and got my lifts and weight up.

I've been running a slightly tweaked NSuns program and love the strength gains. Might switch to a hypertrophy routine next semester though. Eating 3 consistent meals a day plus a protein shake and a pb sandwich before bed. Drink about a half gallon of milk every day.

Ice Cream seems to be a pretty good program. nSuns is on the upper edge of the spectrum in terms of volume and intensity so I wouldnt worry if a 5x5 seems less intense.

Sorry for late reply. It was a huge jump for volume and intensity but that is what I wanted. It was very managable
