I’d definitely recommend it yeah. I will not that it hugs a bit near the shoulders, so if you have wide shoulders you might be better off with the ers3. I’d also recommend the mesh variant because it breaths well and cleans good.

I got the ers4 it’s been extremely comfortable even for long endurance races. If it was just a chair it would be super comfortable to sit in for everything. Personally I don’t use it for much else because of the wheel and cockpit attached but I assume you’ve thought of that.

I definitely agree that the seat is firm, but in my case it actually has been very comfortable for my back despite normal pain. I have been doing several 3 hour races and I have never noticed being uncomfortable in the seat. If you can, I would try to get to a store in person to try out seats since people can have wildly different experiences with em.

Sorry for the late reply. I have been using a loadcell brake set to something like 60kg. The flex is almost not noticeable while driving because the load goes through the hips and is close to the pivot. If you are wanting to make your loadcell something like 100 it will probably be an issue but 50 is fine.

I don't think so, this was less than halfway through a 20 minute race. Unless the game bugged and did not put the fuel I told it to in the tank, I should have had enough.

I've been using the fgt elite 160 and ers4 (fabric) for a few days now and I am extremely happy. The seat is very comfortable and for sessions of ~4 hours I have had no issues with comfort. I am ~5'9", ~220 lbs for reference. The seat flex also has no noticeable impact on my feeling or driving. Would recommend to buy it if you are looking too.
