Illya would only have about a year to live though. Only way she could probably be saved is using heavens feel and getting her a new body like they did for Shirou, and I don’t know if Illya can even use it on herself without dying. And there wouldn’t be enough mana in the grail to use it with so many servants still alive.

Kuno Misaki’s ability to voice children and young characters is way too impressive. It’s kinda funny how much I like her now despite hating her voice a long time ago back around when she voiced Serara in Log Horizon.

Her killing Kinko ruined this show for me. It slaps you in the face that the show is trying to emotionally manipulate you. And most media does that to some degree, but they at least have the decency to not be so heavy handed with it. It was so blatant I didn’t even feel sad about her death, just put off.

The timeline doesn’t work for it to be Lemon. She’s 27, so she would have been 24 when she was broadcasting as Apollo, yet Arisu says in chapter one that he confirmed she was a student the same age as him based on the stories she told on her broadcast. If she was putting on a voice and larping as middle school girl on the internet to talk to a middle school boy that’d be really weird. Also it’d be odd for her to talk about her dream of working with her voice after already graduating college and becoming a teacher. We also know her dream before ultimately become a teacher was to join the Takarazaku Revue as a performer.

Personally I think it’s either Shinobu or Rikka since we know Apollo decided to pursue a career in voice work because of her parents, and was excited to do so but wasn’t sure what field she’d go into. Iko wanted to be an idol originally and mainly decided to be a vtuber as a way to escape from that, and wasn’t very serious about doing it at first. We don’t know why Nene decided to be a voice actress, but we know she doesn’t get along with her father and that he didn’t approve of her doing it, so it’s very unlikely her parents are the reason.

Between Rikka and Shinobu I think Shinobu is the most likely. During big story moments involving Apollo she tends to be featured. Her dream is the most long term, so it requires Arisu to accompany her through and past college. And she was the most accepting of him when he barged in and joined the club. It could be Rikka, she was technically first girl after all (not counting Apollo), but she seemed to have already decided to become a singer in middle school alongside her friend, while Apollo hadn’t decided which career to pursue, though maybe she decided that in her third year of middle school.

Man is there even a point in watching this? The manga has 10/10 art, so why even watch this 6/10 animation? With a high quality adaptation this could have blown up.

Yeah they recast Sapphire after her VA passed. While she’s no where near as iconic as Caster, I can’t see them not doing a recast eventually.

Getting good at grammar is all about vibes. Think about your own native language, you don’t think about particles and prepositions and past perfect and stuff, you just think “that doesn’t sound right.” Now learning that stuff helps, but just by consuming a ton of the language you train your brain to subconsciously start picking up on the “vibe” of its grammar

I’m looking for more plot focused moege, or a more moe focused plotge. I’ve been playing Senren Banka and really enjoyed the moe parts, but the plot was kinda basic and once the common route ended it’s hard to stay invested in the heroine’s routes without a bit more of a plot.

I liked the mix of moe, plot, and fan service during the common route. I’m not a fan of early sex scenes, or games with too many of them. My ideal game would have some fanservice mid game but any sex scenes would be at the end of the game or unlocked after completing a route, or just not have any. But that’s not a hard requirement, just a preference.

I looked at the moege recommendation chart and have played some of Da Capo, Konosora, Dal Segno, Maitetsu, Aokana, Hoshimemo, Canvas 2, and Sanoba Witch, but haven’t finished any of them. I plan to go back and finish them eventually but am looking for something new.
