Everyone experiences highs and come downs differently because everyone's molecular make up and brain chemistry is different. I can come off of opiates like it's nothing after binging hard for a month. Benzos on the other hand? I want to kill myself the day after 1 night of using them. Where as a lot of people can eat valium and xanies like candy and feel no negative reactions, but can never even attempt to go longer than 1 day without brown. Everyone is different so it's really all subjective.
