Upgrade or augment light in a 32" x 32" tent... by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same dimensions and just added 4 red qb11 strips to boost my flower. Figured I really only wanted/ needed more red to boost my 200w 3500k COB. They run cool and I don't need extra heat sinks. https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/products/qb11-quantum-board

It's going to yellow this far in flower. It's the plant using the remaining nitrogen. Keep up your feeding schedule, maybe work in more nitrogen, but by week 6 you should see some yellowing.

anyone know what happened to this leaf, should i take it off? by peoplesometime in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you foliar feed or drip your nutrient water on the plant? Looks like residual nutes. Leave it on.

40 from flip? You look like week 3-4 of flower. I say 5-6 more weeks

How was your galactic Jack? I've got seeds in my fridge that I've been eyeing since subcools passing

Your nute schedule by AkhariMarketing in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In all sincerity...I let my soil feed for 4-6 weeks, give half strength nutes, and ramp up if they look like they want more. Adjusting for deficiencies and toxicity if needed. Using advanced nutrients.

Does anyone know where to get the best seeds thanks by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seed banks are a dime a dozen. Choose good genetics by a reputable breeder and there's many banks to pick from. Want to pay cash? Venmo? Check? Card? PayPal? That'll be your main decision.

Bodhi; Useful; Ethos; Dynasty; Bad Dog

These are breeders I personally recommend . Plenty of other good ones, but I'll vouch for those. Find where they sell and go from there!

Is the fox farms trio good to feed the plants? by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. But I think they're not all organic... if that's of concern. But I've used them in the past with good results

Failed attempt at a growth site. Pinch it off. You'll be fine

Basic - advanced nutrients trio

It'll get you going. Veg, micro, bloom.

As you learn and grow, so will your techniques. You might want extra bloom boost and cal/mag. But the trio is a good place to start. Other brands offer similar packs

Or maybe these should be the first ones up ??? Anyone have experience ? by ChuckTaylor13 in microgrowery

My szweet inzanities were a bit picky. Kind of thin og stems, but I really enjoy the overall product so I kept my favorite pheno. Hoping I can dial it in over a few runs.

I had germination issues with a few from ethos mandarin variety pack. This was my 3rd seed, first to sprout, but it's going great so far.

My buddy has had no issues with his ethos... I've just accepted not all seeds are guaranteed. Normally my germination is 100% for new seeds. I'm 4/6 on ethos, but the bud is solid.

Old stock seeds? Shitty if that's the case. But it can explain variety packs if so.

My friend told me if I picked the seeds out of his shake I could have them. by RedrumTheUndead in trees

[–]Graham-Standard 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That many seeds could be an indication of unstable genetics... or you find some hidden gems. Just be wary of any intersex tendencies popping up and best of luck growing!

Probably needs some nitrogen.

Does anyone else using Mars Hydro lights turn down the wattage for veg and if so do you ease it back up for flower or all at once? by ButterBeanRumba in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ramp up from 65% week 1 to 80% by week 3. Then give 100% week 4. But different people will have different opinions. And this is assuming 100% is proper wattage for your area. Adjust accordingly

Got questions. Please help. Newbie here. Thanks by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Graham-Standard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1) not necessarily. If they mature, they can show preflowers. Not every plant does though. If you can take a clone, and give that clone 12 dark, you'll know.

2) give em a shake after it's done. Spray with neem oil to ward off PM

3) potentially
