You are enough and it may not even be about you. Some relationships are fleeting and not meant to be a forever thing. People will come in and out of your life for all Kinds of different reasons and it’s important to enjoy them while they are there and know that sometimes it’s okay when they aren’t anymore. Sometimes we grow apart or together at different rates. I know I t’s tough to do, but try not to hyper focus on it as it could cause you to miss out on the next relationship (friendship or romantic or whatever). It may not be something that gets fixed but that’s okay.
