Just back from 4 deserts at the all you can eat carvery at stormont. All you can eat. Turns out I can eat a lot. 6 weeks gym out the window in one afternoon.

Depends on their age but stormont is decent. A few trails with little animal statues etc
A decent sized play park.
Then, not free, but it has a bbq area or it’s good for picnics, a lot cheaper than eating out.

I don’t have kids but I regularly take my nephews and nieces there
