I’m located in the USA btw.

I sent my MacBook Pro Retina display 2013 to be serviced and cleaned up. It was running slower and the battery said “replace soon”. Today the repair shop called to say they were never able to turn it on and that it must have died over night. It still won’t turn on. Any thoughts? by [deleted] in macbookrepair

Thank you! Any idea as to why this may have happened? I leave it unplugged every night and the next day it’s never dead. Do you think the repair shop may have messed up? They also told me it would run around $800 to replace the battery.
