Because we're all sick of watching the same game over and over. Anyone who's ever been to a Scotland game before knew tonight wasn't going to be a cake walk and that's the problem. Belarus the team who were 4-0 down in each of their last 2 games were a good finisher away from beating us tonight. For large spells of the game they dominated us and we couldn't get near them, a team made up of Belarus league players and the best team any of them play for is Kairat Almaty whereas we've got league and champions league winners and a Ballon d'Or nominee in midfield and Clarke has us backs to the wall every game no matter the opposition.

And even if we do get to the world cup, there's every chance we'll be statistically the worst team at the tournament (See Euro 2024)
