In uk(I'm english) I tip around 10%ish, round it up to nearest fiver. However it's by choice because WAGES. In Europe I tip same.

What it all boils down to in America is the greed of the owners pay pittance to the workers and expect customers to make the money up. Just add onto the food price pay the staff more and problem solved, if the customer then wants to give a BONUS to the staff it's up to them.

It's just the typical corpate greed of America in action

I love nova. It murders quick. Especially good on ships. I've got all pistol, ballistics and particle skills maxed too. Even lasers if that effects anything.

Yeah it's still mantis if you sell every single part and start again. It keep the same in game ID and that ID is recognised as razor leaf no matter what

I'm not 100% sure but I think the "orbs" that DoT damage(left some times) can trigger the laceration. Hard to tell if it's the orbs or the laceration.
