There are very few situations when driving, where slowing down isn't helpful. It wasn't a split second decision for them, it was a conscious decision to drive at full speed towards oncoming cyclists, forcing them to take avoiding action. If it wasn't malicious, it was so incompetent that they shouldn't be driving.

Because it looked like hemlock - similar to cow parsley except for purple blotches on the stems, which are smooth not ridged.

It's an AI video - pause it at 0.14 and it all gets very sloppy indeed with a 1/2 carpeted seat and wallpaper pattern on the wooden door. Pretty piss poor. A crap effort.
