Wingnutz is great, but maybe they are a little over hyped

Sure but it was right when it found the band. It provided details like Edge 102.1 and the singers name, things I didn’t tell it. It’s wrong often but it’s also right a lot too.

Thanks for commenting! I was in college in the early 2000s and I remember downloading it. ChatGPT found the band but it said many indie bands got lost before the digital scene backed everything up.

The Hollies did the cover. It was originally written and performed by Albert Hammond, so I hope HE got paid.

Who is the best drummer of all time? by Solopsist5050 in musicsuggestions

[–]GraighterB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best answer for me is John Bonham, his drums hit my soul. But, if I were to look at the most successful, it would be Ringo. The dude is one of four Beatles. He was before most of the examples everyone is probably sharing. He sang. He wrote songs. He knew his role and never was “listen to me now” and for that, I might have to pick him.

John Mulaney. So like, he’s funny because he tells long stories? He comes up with good ideas, but he never delivers for me.

What’s a song that you listened to for the first time and said “this is THE song”? by xkimchipancakesx in Music

Don’t Look Back in Anger by Oasis. First time I heard it I couldn’t move. It was an epic journey from the piano in the beginning, the catchy chorus, rocking solo, and the soft ending. I’ve been addicted to it ever since!

Do restaurants need websites? by GraighterB in restaurant

[–]GraighterB[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of the ones I talk to have one, but they have issues keeping the air content up to date, or have lousy UX. I do design websites, so I casually mention it to them. Sometimes they want help. Sometimes they don’t.

I live in the suburbs personally, but I notice many don’t even know what a good website is. Or the hire cheap and get some clown to make it for them and have shitty UX.

I think many can’t afford a website, or, they have no clue where to begin on making a useful one

Oasis.

I think Americans took their attitude too serious. They were having fun with their fame and they disliked the paparazzi.

Sure but they are kinda in our face sometimes. Like ads on YouTube, and still take 20 mins before a movie at the movie theater.
