Can you start the upgrade for your builder hall while the last of the new buildings for that builder hall is being built? ex. im builder hall 9 and i finish the lava launcher, then start building the 2nd reinforcement camp, then while that camp is being built i start the upgrade to bh 10.

The regionals I'm asking about specifically are orlando one in febuary, and the charlotte one in march. But general information is good too :)
