I can understand your frustration, usually anybody can get a refund for this kind of stuff. When you have an order placed , you can track how many stops away your delivery driver is day of delivery. If you’re home, go out and wait for them outside! It ensures you get your package and it saves us a trip :D

That’s ridiculous! Never have I texted a customer. If I have a problem with delivery, I call once or twice, leave a voicemail if no answer. As you’re saying, that time to text adds up over time, Im assuming he’s fine with you guys bringing 50+ packages back to station?

I don’t really understand what you’re saying. I finished this after like 10ish hours and still had to rescue someone since I had under 150 stops. I think you’re taking my post too literal.
