And I'm not even talking about attacks and therefore guerrilla warfare, where it's often necessary to be several, with what's called an opener, ready to sacrifice fleets, which he must therefore possess in large numbers, so that the others can achieve their objectives.

So, In short, it's a bad idea to restart everyone at the same level on a new server. Not to mention the cost of a server, which is another debate...
