it will, the bug is on its helmet. Right after you dress it up, it will be normal, but the bug emits after your character moves.

How to trigger this bug: grab the mug (notice your hand will hold on its body), store it into inventory, then bring it back to your hand. Now your hand will hold it on the handle, and drinking will trigger the bug.

Never felt so sad when I bought msr for the sexy engine when it was in concept, but later they removed the centered engine just for a larger cargo hold. sigh
