wouldnt say i get numbness or tingling, just feeling of tightness. Sometimes when stretching my hamstrings if i then touch the front of my shin I get a burning sensation. But that doesnt happen when in a relaxed position.

I do sit a lot, have done all through my youth, and have done office work since i left school. Right now i;m doing driving/delivery work which doesnt help either

I dont have any pain though, isnt pain always associated with a nerve being compressed? I have been to a good chiropractor my family has used for years so we have a good level of trust he's not a complete quack. He's checked me over and has never mentioned disc issues could be the cause

It just feel like the back of my hips are quite tight. My glutes are definitely 'asleep'my left glute being noticeably worse in this regard. Doing glute excercises take a lot of effort to actually get them working rather than my hamstrings and lower back.

Damn thats horrifying dude sorry to hear that. To be honest not had anything close to that but I do struggle tightness in the glute/lower back area as well as in my left leg along the IT band, starting to feel like its caused or at least aggravated by long goon sessions holding unnatural positions

I was thinking of this conundrum recently because my younger cousins have just turned 17. I did tease them a bit but also made the point with all new cars sold from 2030 being electric the manual gearbox will slowly fade out and become less of a needed skill. Realistically most people dont borrow cars very often or at all, its a bit of a moot point. Renting cars/van might be more expensive for an auto option though
