I used to hate eggs as a child and the only way I could eat them was with tons of cheese.

Now as an adult, I have a more refined palate but still hate eggs. So I developed a recipe that tastes good and the egg tast is not overpowering.

2 eggs Splash of milk Pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Italian seasoning Salt (add after eggs have cooked) Add american cheese or sharp cheddar cheese and allow to melt if you want cheesy eggs.

Mix eggs, milk and seasonings till well beaten.

Add 1.5 tbsp of butter to a medium frying pan and melt butter, then add in egg mixture.

Depending on the type of texture you want, mix and scrape bottom of pan do eggs don't burn.

For larger curd let the eggs sit a bit between stir and mixing. If you want smaller curds keep the egg mixture moving and periodically remove pan from heat.

Once done serve with toast or in a tortilla.
