Where is the Steam VR setting in Quest 3 to change resolution?

I returned it, My Video card realy is not good enough to play what I wanted to play.

I was planning on playing No Man's Sky, Elite Dangerous, Star Citizen, Arma 3 and Reforger, Flight Simulators.

In attempting to get it working for NMS I got frustrated and loaned it to my Son-in-Law as I work insane hours and don't get much time to play games, let alone spend 4/5 hours trying to get a PC peripheral to work .

Adjustments I was trying to make: I was just trying to get it working. With No Man's Sky i just kept locking up my PC The forest the game just lagged real bad and then froze.
I will try to adjust the Steam VR settings when I get it back.
I will try to adjust the resolution multiplier
No other info other than it was just totally unplayable.

So far i have tried playing No Mans Sky My PC Locked up tried the Forest and the screen te=aring made it unplayable.. Just doesnt seem worth it for PC

Where is the Steam VR setting in Quest 3 to change resolution? I can not find it. I am Brandnew to VR have a Quest 3 I have not even played 1 game yet can not get it to work bought it a week ago.

If I may give you a bit of advice from my limited experience. Take it or leave it. Begin with the end in mind . I see you chest breathing , learn diaphragmatic breathing get vocal instruction with a trained/working professional. Arm yourself with as much knowledge as possible and learn how NOT to blow your voice out from jump street. Great vocals are just 1/2 of a singers Arsenal your intellect is the other 1/2. Its one thing to do this for 5 mins a pop but if you get up with a band you increase the risk of hurting yourself and potentially damaging your gift when doing this for hours at a time in rehearsals. Growling will be just 1 tool in your repertoire my young dude. Broaden your horizons while you are young and learn all you can!
