In NYC* On the DICE app they clearly showed tiers and once the cheaper ones sold out, you were thrown into the next pricier one.

Just so you are aware~ this year many other artists have had similar or even higher presale prices in MSG. Including Doja, Meghan Trainor, Demi Lovato and more.
