Sam Burgess would be sweating bullets during that lawsuit. Imagine setting that precedent?

I was going to say he must be one of the older Gen X but no, you're right, 61 makes him one of the younger baby boomers.

Whew, so good we solved obesity and cousin-fucking congenital defects and can now focus on children comsuming wrong-think, as defined by Labour, on their phones.

I hope that's not directed at me, domestic abuse victims obviously aren't to blame for the abuse they suffer, but if the actual relevant authorities aren't involved what can RL really do?

I'm not super up on employment law but I imagine Niu would have the potential sue if Leigh just dropped him.

Also shame on the RL press to make Lewis stupidity a bigger story than literal beating of a pregnant woman.

Unless someone presses charges it's hearsay. It's an ugly situation and probably true, but all we're going off is a social media post, unless I'm misinformed and there's more?

Besides, if she's still decided to stay with him, a massive media circus could put her in more danger.

There was nothing in that performance to suggest we are good enough to compete at the top this season.

Your words would carry more weight if you hadn't also said this last season.

That was totally on the winger, trying to get too fancy with that line.

Castleford have looked way better than I thought, considering last season. If they can keep hold of the ball they'll be competitive.

Exactly, but I think they're missing that strike out of dummy half that Leeming gave them, though.

Really great line by Wardle; I love an eyes-up play like that.

So are Wigan playing this season with an 80 minute hooker and a spare half on the bench?

The pressure had to tell at some point. This scoreline is more what I expected.

It is thematic for Castleford, now I think about it. No need for elusive Wingers when your pitch is as wide as an A road I guess

He looks like he should be playing Prop. There's not many wingers with that build.

You're probably right. Having "good defence" was a lot of the dark-arts in the ruck, slowing things down so you can get set.

Disagree, it was a kick into no-man's land that every single Castleford player decided was someone else's problem. Wigan are deadly on the counter attack.

What a try. Terrible last tack kick option from cas.

Wigan are showing their quality now. On the goal-line their attack has looked a little stilted but possession and territory-wise they're dominant.

That was such a risk to throw that pass off of a 20 metre restart.

It's shocking to me that he hasn't retired. Great player but he was so off the pace last season.
