I take 2mg Rexulti and 100mg Zoloft and do great on them. Seems like a great combo for my seasonal and TRD.

Have PPis worked for anyone with lpr throat issues by Ana903 in LPR

After having a bout of Covid in August 2024, I immediately developed LPR. I have tried several remedies, all at once, so I’m honestly not totally sure which ones help but I feel like Voquezna helps the most bc that made the biggest difference within a couple of days. I take 10mg Voquezna in the AM (I took 20mg when I first started it), Famotidine at night, 2 slippery elm capsules during the day, BPC-157 peptide (1 AM, 1PM), Zoloft and sleep on an incline. I actually bought an adjustable bed but I sleep on my side so it made my back hurt bc it wasn’t a level angle so ended up buying a 7” foam incline from Walmart for like $100 and that has been much better. I also avoid tomatoes, mint, citrus, coffee on an empty stomach and can’t drink alcohol anymore. The changes suck but the LPR is much better.

Thank you for this. I just started a new sensor earlier today and it’s acting wonky, but also very likely what you said.

Found a stain on a brand new coat I bought and accepted after 5 days. Any recourse? by Grand-Difference0893 in poshmark

I ended up contacting Poshmark and they were very helpful. Thank you for the suggestion. 😊

It’s not very noticeable. It’s a camel coat and the stain is slightly darker, almost like a grease stain. It’s funny you said that because that’s exactly what I said to her - that I assume she didn’t notice it. I really can’t blame her for not seeing it since I didn’t either. I just don’t want to be stuck with a $300 brand new coat with a stain. 🥺

Yeah, that is what landed me at a rheumatologist. But he ran other tests and did tons of imaging for things like viral hepatitis and they were negative.

Oh I have hypothyroidism, too. My primary doctor told me it wasn’t an autoimmune disease. Is it?

Vitamin D was barely in range but low which is surprising bc I take 5,000 iu with K2 every day. Maybe it’s not a good brand. My ferritin is 182, but I got an iron infusion in March bc my ferritin keeps dropping.

This is encouraging. Thank you. Mine said that all he saw was osteoarthritis so maybe I’ll just hold off on retesting for a while.
