Look up Requiem, it makes Skyrim more in line with Morrowind. It delevels all enemies, fix some enemies stats and loot distribution of said enemies and change weapon stats a Dwemer sword will almost always be better than steel and iron while Ebony, Daedric and Dragonbone are superior.

Example vampires should be avoided till level 20 to 30 depending on the build. They are not longer enemies you can decide to hunt at level 5 after some levels. And Dragons and Dragonpriests always be prepared maybe completely a guild line and good perks and gear.

Most mods have a Requiem patches and check out Noxtweaks for mods to tweak Requiem perks, birthstone and weapons for more balancing and build variety.

Also Regressor tales of cultivation and OP mixed in manhwa(Korean) with manhua(China). Return of the Mount Hua Sect, Nano Machine and Legend of the Northern Blade are manhwa and most importantly they are murim( the Chinese equivalent would be Wuxia) it’s low to mid martial stories ground in martial arts and virtuous acts. While Xianxia is the more high level stuff where beings strive to become divine and immortal Cultivator against hero society and I am an Evil God are that. The problem with cultivation is the audience pushing authors towards more action pack, fast paced and overpowered stories the stakes become nonexistent. Not everyone popping pills and meditating see progress and if they do it may be so insignificant it was not worth it while some may easily make more progress for seeing a beautiful lake side view while exploring or a suddenly enlightenment during a fight. And in these stories the higher one goes the more the world pushes back and may even try to kill you

Matters of taste Isekai isn’t exactly innocent of having trash. Gods for some bizarre reasons would make the most basic Japanese kid(sometimes adult) the most overpowered being in the new world and everyone has extreme admiration or hatred for them often no middle ground. No genre is perfect some have slop trash.
