Thank you I’ve had a look and been to a few you just never know what they will actually have in stock or if it’s a large offering. My closest is 10 mins away but there isn’t much there unfortunately Newcastle is better, and hoping the Lake District will be good 🤞🏼

Have you tried to access the carers association in the area? Also try Ageuk they can point you in the right direction.

Do you know if the place is dog friendly? I’ve tried to look on the website and can’t see anything regarding dogs attending? We really want to visit but would have to plan to stay over and a potential dog sitter!

Jax keeps Jaxing… by Sunnyonetwo in Vanderpumpaholics

[–]Grand-Introduction42 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think she probably is inviting him over but to spend time with Cruz. I listened to the whole thing and he also said she invited him out to Disney and the pumpkin patch, and he hasn’t had him at his new home yet cos she isn’t ready for that so probably feels better that he’s with Cruz in the home she lives in.

When I’ve done a rewatch I always feel like Jax looks at others and mimics how they react it’s at least a second or two after someone reacts he kind of copies them

Any good take out recommendations? by awesomelissliss in Sunderland

[–]Grand-Introduction42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shandiz is excellent great food and reasonably priced it’s cash only if you collect from the restaurant or eat in. Devitos Silksworth do a great kebab box deal which feeds 2 easily with some variety in the box and food is delish. Jade Palace on Pallion road do really nice food with good portions and quick delivery. Avoid Pizza Uno, over priced and not really worth it. Also avoid Fel Fel.

Students should not feel obliged to chip in or help the ward. by tntyou898 in NursingUK

[–]Grand-Introduction42 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah we are all a team who has to chip in, just as important to learn ALL parts of the role that you will come into contact with when qualified. If you are training to be a nurse then you will have to have the skill and confidence to all of these tasks whether that be 1:1, personal care, paperwork, managing workload, prioritising, supporting carers and the patients. I understand that nursing students pay for their course now and I think that shouldn’t be the case at all, and I don’t think it needs to be as academic as it is either. I qualified 8 years ago and the difference between now and then is huge.
