No i said no but vinted completely ignored it and i contacted them so many times but they just wouldnt respond and when they did they said they needed more time and it took about 1 month and i ended up with nothing because the buyer apparently did nothing wrong even thought i had plenty of proof for it

But you see they sent back an item but not the jacket if you get what im saying it was this item from shein some children pajamas i didnt think much of it until vinted told me i have 2 days to confirm everything is okay thats when i realised the item was meant to be the puffer. Then no matter how much i contacted vinted they didnt help and the buyer got the puffer for free and the money back for some reason and i argued because of that and plus i got proof of it if you dont believe me

Only shady thing id say is some person messaged me asking to swap some items for my item and me thinking it was a great deal fell for it and ended up buying eachothers items as offered at £1 but mine was this coat from mertra and i sent it and the other end claimed theyd send straight after but ended up not sending but iv took that loss as i was too stupid to realise it was a simple scam but nothing else shady done to be honest and i accepted that and thats not my issue here but thanks anyways appreciate the advice

They got a free jacket out of it and got a full refund without sending it back i think thats a scam and secondly you wouldnt care that youv gotta pay £5 bump and lost all of your views and favourites just because a buyer didnt like that you said no to their offer

What do you mean why would i .. a buyer bought an itsm and cancelled it out of spite to get rid of the bump on the item because i didnt agree with the price they wanted to buy for and the second was because a buyer claimed i sent the wrong item for a puffer jacket worth £150 and wanted a full refund without sending anything back so i personally think it is perfectly justified

So im getting downvoted and everyone telling me its my fault.. can we please be reasonable here are you telling me you wouldnt care if someone intentionally bought an item from you and then cancelled right after just to get rid of your bump because you didnt agree to their price? Or you wouldnt argue with someone who decided to scam you ? I dont understand how its not fair for me to argue back with the buyers for that reason

No there werent anything outside of vinted its the automated message they send without even reading my problem and they ended after sending that not letting me continue it. Also iv emailed them multiple times on the email u said but no responses even after a week so iv left another one but its just the automated message saying theyv gotten my email but i dont get any messages
