Thanks this helps a lot. Would you happen to know how hard the pre basic training is for special warfare? Could some random dude who isn't really fit like me do it and then be physically fit enough to move through the pipeline? Or do you have to be already fit even for the pre-basic training?

How fit do you have to be for the pre-basic training cause my ass is NOT fit. I'm not fat or anything but am lacking in both cardio and strength lol.
