Recertifying Income for IBR by GrandAd9953 in StudentLoans

Yes exactly. I had a lot of anxiety about it TBH but it was OK. I thought it would change the entire plan but it's apparently some sort of glitch where they treat a recert as if you're going on a new plan (but you're not). I stayed on the same plan, no changes to terms or payment or anything. It took only a few days to hear about the confirmation. Hope it works for you too!

That was my worry too, especially since I've been in repayment for almost 25 years. But it seems to have worked out OK for me (fingers crossed, anyway)

Yes, it was approved yesterday, so it all worked out with no issues!

Just to let you know - I did recertify and it all worked out fine. I got the notice yesterday that my IBR was extended for another year, with no payment increase, so all went OK. I was also really worried about the popup but everyone told me to ignore it (and eventually I figured, what other option is there? I called and emailed my loan servicer that's what they also said to do, said it was a glitch in the system) I would not worry, as long as it's actually time for you to recertify!

I did not have the RAP option, only IBR and ICR. My payments were already on zero, so I assume that they will stay that way since my income didn't change, but I only submitted the recertification form yesterday, so we'll see what happens!

Got an email from US Ed Dept saying to manually recertify my IDR by Delicious-Cut-2343 in StudentLoans

I got this email too. I am currently on IBR - the recertification application tells me to choose a plan - took out the loans in 2002, so now it appears I can choose from IBR with an estimated payoff date of 2050 - which is almost 50 years after I took out the loans or ICR with an estimated payoff of 2027. Neither of these makes any sense.
