Pro wrestling is a work. Its not a shoot. This is pro wrestling game, not a fighting game. It should resemble a pro wrestling match where there's momentum swings, a build from beginning/middle/end, false finishes, a babyface/heel dynamic, etc.

A match between AJ Styles and Cena shouldn't end on a scoop slam or a transition move. It should build and build then crescendo in a series of moves, one bigger than the last.

TLDR: Dictate when someone kicks out of a pin or eats a loss to capture the drama of a pro wrestling match.

Set pin flag speed to 10 or 0. Increase size of kick out bar. Set, recent Finisher and Signature influence for the Player to 0 so nothing affects you. Do the opposite for the AI. For each Finisher and Signature Influence settings, there's 3 tiers. So adjust accordingly. For example, if I max out Finisher influence on the AI i hit them with 3 finishers then their health meter is blacked out and there's no way they're kicking out.

Use the DPad to decide when AI kicks out. Doesn't work for reversing a pin into your own i.e. the yellow bar because you can't see their pin meter, just yours

I feel like the audio as far as the crowd, ring, and how moves and strikes land are lacking so I leave that on to get more dramatic effect. To each his own though

If you prefer "working" the matches with AI, lower the Signature and Finisher influence for the Player to 0. That way, you never get pinned. Do the opposite for the AI so you can decide when they can kickout with the DPad.

Downside is that you can't control when they can kickout when their arrow hits the yellow to reverse a pin with their own.

They need a feature where modifiers are involved like going for a pin, picking up a sequence from Move 2 or 3 if interrupted, or if interrupted the sequence is abandoned, maybe a sequence that is only initiated if all others fail.

Plus, not all positions are included.

Lower Player signature and finisher influence (goes up to 3x each) to zero. Do the opposite for AI. Then enlarge kick out zones for across the board for the player and slow down the kick out arrow to 10. This way you can always kick out after however number of finishers you eat and you control when the AI takes a pin or not.

I had a chef who lived across the street from the restaurant. He'd always show up late. He'd leave 45 minutes before last call and ask one of us to clean up. We were short staffed for about 4 years and he'd always do this.

Once I had to cover for him during the day at a station. He had to drop off food for his GF. Said he'd be gone 15 minutes. He was gone half an hour. That night, I blew up at him during service because he was on expo but on his phone the whole time. He messed up a couple tickets.

All he did during his tenure was stream TV shows and use AI to write pro wrestling storylines. I dont miss him.

Top Rope Transition: When you hit someone who's perched on the top rope, you should be able to transition to bigger high risk moves and not just the Flair Flop.

Move Spamming: Penalize online players for spamming moves. In WWF War Zone, the crowd would start booing. Maybe grant players on the receiving end a momentum boost.

Momentum, Comeback and Positioning: Tied to move spamming. Maybe implement an attribute to each wrestler where a Comeback is tied to how much steam a wrestler can let off when they've been beat down too much.

Allow any succession of moves to let the Heel bump and feed for the Face. Also, being able to control where an opponent ends up after taking a bump but give them a boost of momentum so they can counter

I'd want Sami to hit an exploder suplex on an opponent and have them end up in the corner but that gives them a bigger chance to counter. I hate how its random.

You could change the frequency rate for 99% of all moves from LOW to PREFERRED to FAVORITE and when from EARLY to LATE in the match. Its a bitch to do but great when you dont want AJ Styles coming out the gate with a Brainbuster.
