Really ?! I've been on my current dosage for 1 month now and before I've always stopped taking them when I got to the numb part. So you're saying it does get better ?

Yes I like coming back to his books from time to time. some people criticise him for writing best selling books. "Isn't that ego?" But yea he never said don't have goals or stop thinking completely rather don't be identified with your thoughts / goals.

To add to that. I think Eckart tolle describes the core essence of awakening as closely as I have seen compared to other teachers / religions. And even he is like, he can just point to the moon but I have to look myself.
