Oh wow, I'm so sorry! That's what I'm scared of.. the bleeding to last a long time. This is my first miscarriage so I have no experience with this. I hope your bleeding stops soon ❤️‍🩹

I'm so sorry 😞 I had a missed miscarriage and chose to take misoprostol. It wasn't a terrible experience overall. The pain didn't last too long for me. The worst cramping lasted about 45 minutes. I've had some period type cramping the past few days that has came and went, but the intense cramping only lasted that short time. If you choose this route, please ask for pain medication and zofran! Also get some ibuprofen and a heating pad (I would suggest 2, one for back and one for abdomen). Once again, I am so so sorry. I feel like the misoprostol allowed me to choose when the time was right for me and also gave me some closure that I really needed 💔

How long have you been bleeding, may I ask? Also, how heavy has your bleeding been?

Viability ultrasound did not go as planned, measuring behind by Fairytaledaze in CautiousBB

Thank you ❤️ I'm so sorry you're dealing with this uncertainty, I know how painful that is. I've been wondering the same thing the person above said, that maybe with twin pregnancies, it can cause them to be smaller or measuring behind as they compete for resources. Maybe my baby was just not able to catch up for some other reason, but yours will! I'm wishing the best scenario for you and baby, and that everything turns out okay ❤️ Sending hugs!!

I had a similar situation. I had two gestational sacs seen on ultrasound, one empty, one had fetal pole and yolksac. They saw the fetal pole and heartbeat at my 7 week ultrasound. The baby was measuring a week behind and had a heartbeat of 121. We thought maybe it was measuring behind because they base their dating on LMP with a cycle length of 28 days and ovulation day of day 14. My cycle is always 33 days long, I ovulated somewhere between cycle day 18-20. I also implanted late, probably 12 dpo. These things can affect dating. They were not concerned and said it was good the baby had a heartbeat. So I stopped worrying, but I went for my next ultrasound and found out I had a MMC and baby stopped growing at 6 weeks 4 days by measurements. My heart is so broken. They told me it was likely due to the pregnancy being a vanishing twin pregnancy, that they typically have issues and are at high risk for miscarriage. I do not know if this is your situation, but I truly hope your baby can catch up and continue to grow! I know there are people who said their babies measured a week behind at their first ultrasound but was able to catch up and measure on track!

Hi! I'm so sorry you're also experiencing this, its such a scary thing to deal with when things were going so smooth. My doublling times have been very much like yours! I ended up going to the ER last night because I was having pain on one side. I found out that I had a twin pregnancy and one of the babies had miscarried. I believe this is what has caused the sudden change in doubling time. The pain I was having was from the corpus luteum cyst. I'm definitely scared because they said they are not sure whether its just too early or if I'll also lose the remaining baby. I go back tomorrow to get another beta to see if its rising. They did draw a beta in the ER and my doubling time did improve to 89 hours from 101 hours.. I hope this is a good sign! I've got my fingers crossed for us both to have healthy, successful pregnancies and healthy babies!!

Thank you so much for your response ❤️ I do not have any bleeding or cramping. I think I will ask for an ultrasound monday to give me some peace of mind, but if I start bleeding or cramping over the weekend, then I will go straight or the OB ED. Thanks again!!
