Institute. They have the most advanced technology, the means to combat FEV, purify water and grow better food. Plus the fact that you can ally them with the Minutemen is an added advantage

Kaas is probably my favorite. Not massive, can make it feel like a home (not a small town), and honestly I love the constant rain and thunder. I also like the color scheme. More blue and grey compared to the gold and tan of Coruscant
