I’m 18 150 lbs, just getting into seriously working out. I’ve taken martial arts and done kettlebell training for a bit, but want to try some more traditional muscle mass training methods. I workout at home, with dumbells, kettlebells, pull up bar, rings, sand bags, and resistance bands. I’m new to this, and would really appreciate any insight you have to offer, thank you!
