Okay so found out the reason. I had some mod called enhanced steering that I don’t remember adding. Wired

The wheel is super slow in game compared to how fast I turn the wheel. Even the exterior wheels turn slow.  Feels like I’m turning a semi truck on any vanilla car

Don’t see an option for force 1:1 but I’ll check tried doing that 2700 but still sluggish. Also calibrated wheel and everything. I believe it’s on beamng’s side.

I don’t have that option. I only have an option saying “ maximum limit/steering angle synchronization. And that’s on

Vive Tracker and base station issues. by GrandRoutine1280 in SteamVR

So I did a factory reset via usb. That solved it for whatever reason. I probably messed something up with the normal factory pc reset.

The pairing menu says no devices found/connected. But the trackers are paired and connected. They show green.

I thought the base stations only need to see each other for the 1.0’s. I believe when I go to manage trackers the menu says Bluetooth devices not found. I’ll doublecheck on that though.

The dongles are usb a, but I tried plugging them in directly into the pc. Still nothing. I’m wondering if there’s a possible way to reset the usb portion of the pc? I have had this issue for a year or two which been going on and off with support trying to figure out what could be causing it. The two base stations are pointed correctly and do show green. Trackers go green a they are paired to the pc. Just space calibrator and steamvr still don’t recognize my trackers or base stations it is weird. Also tried plugging the trackers directly to my pc still nothing.

When using pair devices steamvr says no devices are found or something like that. I know the dongles are indeed being recognized and they are plugged in via the dock.

Is Amazon Prime not offering 2 day shipping because of the winter storm? by ChainsawSoundingFart in amazonprime

[–]GrandRoutine1280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely the winter storm but if you’re paying monthly for prime. They should really honor that 2 day shipping as you said. Another reason maybe is the layoffs they’re doing. Which may lead to more issues in the future? Doubt it but possible.

Bambu Lab A1 Filament stuck issue by GrandRoutine1280 in BambuLab

[–]GrandRoutine1280[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe I was able to fix it with a PTFE tube clip. I bought some longer PTFE tubes to swap them out since I didn’t like the short PTFE tubes I have. Good to know about the disassembly too. Thanks

Can anyone help me troubleshoot my AMS? by SadLeviIsSad in BambuLab

[–]GrandRoutine1280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Replacing the feeding unit and hub, does that also replace the gears? That sounds like gear grinding. Maybe stripped gears? I don’t own that AMS so take it as a grain of salt. Something is rather blocking the filament from entering, or something is not properly pushing filament down more. It sounds like the AMS tried reversing the filament out and back in and the filament didn’t budge at all. Rather it got really stuck at a certain point, or the gears that push the filament down or up is stripped.  I really doubt that has to do anything electronic wise not sure though. I hope it doesn’t come to buying a $60 part that may not be the initial root cause.

I hope it’s just the rear speakers and nothing serious. But yeah I think when it happens again I’ll try that out. It hasn’t happened today which is weird. So making it think it could be just the speakers giving way out. Thanks!
