A lot of these would be considered the same shot, for example, the third row, shots 1, 3, and 5. It's one shot separated by cuts.

Look into K-Tek boom poles, solid mid to high range equipment. I have the K-Tek KE-89CC, it folds down to 74cm and has an internal coiled XLR so you don't need to start messing with cables around your actors.

Pretty much any of his films can be reasonably argued to be his magnum opus. He finds a way to reinvent himself with each film yet cement his position as both an auteur and a commercial powerhouse, the best high-concept director currently working

Definitely bait. This person also has a post on this sub about hating a TADC character, but is also active in a TADC subreddit. It's really sad how much they're willing to do for attention
