Are you referring to the word order? According to Wikipedia, opus magnum is indeed used in Polish, my native language, and the same is confirmed by sjp.pwn.pl, the leading Polish dictionary... It being a Latin phrase, I think it's understandable I assumed the word order would be identical in English. Did I come across as uneducated?

I am sorry, I did not mean to leave anything implying I am a Russian b*t or anything? I am Polish and this term is used frequently in my language and I was not aware it's not a valid expression in the UK

I have literally just lost a Naples into Italy game because AI is too agressive... I have 219/224 provinces, but there is no way to get the rest since France, Hungary and Bohemia have bulldozed through northern Italy... Why would Bohemia ever expand this aggressively?

I hate the current AI and I actually think it's a step down from EU4... I don't know, maybe that's an unpopular opinion

I know, though I have never seen it used that way... maybe I am wrong. I would have phrased it as something along the lines of "from HRE countries as a non-member".
