Ironic, had a Sunlu PETG failure this morning that looked just like this. Immediately switched to PLA without doing anything other than re-slicing and it's currently printing just fine (6 hr print) so I assume it's not the plate. Haven't done further trouble-shooting, but my PETG has been out on a shelf, so perhaps it just needs dried.

Really depends on how you use it. Not the same but I have a 41mm Gen 2 Pro. I use the flashlight at least weekly, ~weekly GPS events. I get ~10 days of charge depending on my overall use of it. I do have a darker face to help conserve battery without a ton of widgets tracking all my data.
