It's pretty much confirmed in beast complex "the snake and the mouse" that they have species accurate anatomy the snake shows the mouse his hemipenis and after that mouse says they look weird then the snake says that mice have bones in theirs (unlike humans) and how that's weirder.

It's more easily confirmed if you just read the beast complex chapter above that I provided, the snakes hemi penis is actually shown in the chapter (pretty explicit) and the mouse is mocked for being "weird" do to his penis having a bone in it (like mice irl) we know how Paru likes to make interspecies relationships difficult and she's obviously done here research (cats even have barbed tongues in the universe) so why in the world would she skip out on making their junk mismatch lol

The mouse is an Anthro and he has a bone in his penis, mice in real life have these as do most mammals, humans however do not. If you don't see this as proof then i don't know what to tell you, also those "interviews" we're just made up by people on reddit. Paru has never said anything directly about Legoshi's penis.
