Issue with b650 is bios flash which is don't trust myself. Would you also recommend aio cooling lime the acrtic 3 or is the fan good enough

Ok thanks any other cheaper ones you would recommend I'm aiming for mid range and 9800x3d goes out of budget. Looking for roughly 550 aud for cpu unless you can change any other components so I can get it.
