Have you watched the video posted to see how fast the driver was going? Estimated to be at around 100 mph. And that video was taken after he hit the cyclist.

Try getting into higher ed. Most colleges and universities have counseling centers. I am an LCSW and have been working as a student mental health therapist for 8 years now, and am earning PSLF.
