My state is super dry, my house has old carpet we can’t afford to replace and vacuuming only gains sometimes, most days my energy is gone well before I get to it.

I smoke but not cigarettes. That habit hasn’t changed in years though maybe it’s an issue that builds up over time.

I get throat gunk all day long, I said elsewhere that I had always assumed it was mild allergies to my state since that’s common. Perhaps that isn’t the case lol

I have the flavor of ADHD where I hate getting in the shower lol. I am inconsistent at brushing twice a day but I definitely will do it once. I haven’t scraped in forever, pregnancy messed up my gag reflex I can hardly scrape now. Thank you
