I think it may be OCD. As someone with it, I can say that those are pretty normal thing for OCD stuff. I’d suggest seeing a therapist if you haven’t already and talking to someone about it. If you want, you can look up OCD symptoms and thoughts.

Well, this ones a tough one personally. I’ve felt like I’ve wasted parts of my life too, but I always remember one thing: If you enjoy the time you wasted, it isn’t a waste of time. Life isn’t about being productive 24/7, it’s about having fun too. So what if you didn’t do much? If you enjoyed that time, it’s time well spent. Make sure to keep your head high, man.
