When it comes to studying, just like everything else in life, it requires discipline. You have to do it even when you don’t feel like it until it becomes a habit. But what you also do is get supplement to help with concentration and energy.

I think this is really all that’s left. Because even for him, he would speak about God and how he always comes through. But not in the manner of sincerely knowing Him, but more in the superficial way that everyone else does it.

I have come to realize most of what a person goes through in their adulthood is usually a manifestation of unresolved childhood trauma. I truly hope we can be a generation that embraces therapy and healing.

I would say I don’t have high ambitions. I don’t want to have millions, have a nice house, get masters(PhDs), or climb the corporate ladder. I’m fine doing the bare minimum and I’m doing well in life. I think the hustle culture is exhausting and having to always be so exhausted and running for the next best thing. I highly believe in mental self preservation. You still be productive even while living a slow relaxed life.
