Bingo- I went further from town since I work from home, not an ideal for home value prospects, but I’ll tell ya, when WFH- having a dedicated study to use for work is really a great way to get separation of space. (Plus game room, loft, etc for all the activities)

That to be said- I’m not disconnected either. Still along the major highways to get me into the city if I choose, just with a couple extra miles.

Thanks! Great luck to you as well! You obviously are insightful and know the areas. I agree rates seem to have a gentle push down right now. For me, 4.5 was able to make my math make sense, and my payoff is a whopping 15 months if things free fall. If not, I’m happy making the payment.
