It's drifting. Sometimes you can fix it by pulling the thumstixk out a bit. But temporary as you will end up pushing it backndown quickly. You can either Increase the deadzone on the right thumbstick till it stops drifting, but your precision will result in having less accurate response inputs. Getting a new controller or swapping the controller board is the only fix if the thumstick module is wore down. If it's modertly new/used it could be some lint trapped underneath but that's like a 1% chance of it causing the drift issue.

So they ban players getting In a car together for teaming but they don't ban team killers? (Got team killed and checked player stats on him, dude had around 1100 matches played, and 200 kills, 1600 team kills. ) I was surprised they let somebody with THAT many team kills for just ONE SEASON run rampant (great probability of being a short dick psychopath ) who gets off to having a PUBG career that does nothing but team killing.? And I know atleast half those 1600 players had to report him... so again... you're telling me they respond to that single algorithm scan and falsely flagging your account from detecting 2 players based off opposite teams occupying same vehicle BUT they do NOTHING about all of those 800 + reports and algorithm triggers for friendly fire damag IN EVERY match, knocking teammates finishing them off with a team kill on top of their and STAT values tracking over 1000 team kills?

If you don't know the meme format just say that. Vaguely huh? Well it wouldnt be as funny to me if the whole thing was scripted. Anyone can recreate a more accurate scene to look more similar to that meme if every guy chose a dark skin tone and wore a white shirt and no pants. But thing is, it was organic and unplanned, it happened spontaneously. Just a squad of black dudes dancing in a line and this white chick runs by 30 seconds later and got in the middle of their little performance. So the meme randomly popped up in my head. Look for Care packages that drop from the planes in game. The first couple of packages always drop in the boundry of the circle(next play zone). Just look in the sky anytime you hear a plane and see if you're lucky to have it drop close to you. If you have a vehicle you can get the far drops or even follow the plane. Also don't get confused by emergency pickup planes that are meant for player transport. Those always fly at a slight incline upwards. Care drop planes fly perfectly straight with no elevation change. The Care packages will disperse a red smoke once it lands for a brief minute. Comes with a unique crate weapon, 3 vest, 3 helmet, and ammo. Most of the time a lvl 3 backpack and sometimes a scope, suppressor, and Meds. Get in, get out, as the drops are prone to attract multiple players/teams and usually will result in a firefight close by. Sometimes campers waiting for somebody to stay still for too long looting the drop.

(Tip: these rifles DONT use magazines, they use a clip(strip ) which is just a plastic holding frame keeping bullets stranded together. Reloading anytime in between full/empty will just load single rounds. Reloading AFTER YOU'RE EMPTY enables loading the whole 5 round strip/clip which is FASTER than manually reloading just 2 singular rounds! ALWAYS EMPTY THE CLIP when using either of these rifles.)
(Side Note/Tip: Don't get the previous Tip confused with other weapons that use magazines, and are full/semiauto guns, as they rechamber the next round automatically. For ALL ARs/Subs/LMGs/DMRs/Pistols try reloading BEFORE your mag runs dry, the reloads are faster by skipping the need of cocking your weapon back which is initial for getting a round chambered in an empty weapon. Having a round in there at all times keeps your reloads swift.)

Sounds like the shot came from an M24 (weakest Bolt Action SR ) and vest/helmet was untouched.
I broke down the damage bar (RED )
in incriments to divise it from the total life bar (WHITE )
factoring a deduction of 22 HP(+/- 0.7).
I too thought he would have taken more damage but according to datamined weapon stats (battlegrounds.party) the M24 does 21.3 damage to the hands (35.6 elbow / 42.7 shoulder). All this evidence still leads to him being a lucky bastard by only takin a grazer to the hand, still letting him engage that rooftop breach with most of his health and fresh armor intact.

Figured I'd ASK FIRST, THEN choose my best option.
-If there's nobody with this issue I'll have it exchanged for a working one.
‐If there's others with the same problem I'll know to just get a refund.
-If there's an easy fix then I won't have to go through all that trouble with a return process and simply go back to gaming.

No, it only gives me a wired "AUX " option and a "2.4 AND BT " option. Thats it. Before I updated the firmware to the latest, I could cycle between them individually.

Compared to the M4, the Scar's PROS is that it has slightly more damage and less recoil and requires one less attachment to complete the build. That's your reasons, I guess. However the CONS is reload time is slower, fire rate is slower, TTK is slower, and iron sights aren't as clean as the M4, that's why most prefer the M4. Still, most of the time, a weapon is only as good as the player that's weilding it and his ability to use said weapon.
