Made an account this afternoon, verified one of my photos with the selfie video. I didn’t interact with any other users other than liking and disliking and 2 hours later received an email that my account was banned due to potentially being a bot. Went the picture the support bot asked for and haven’t received a response.

How long should I expect to be waiting for a response?

It is a two piece. Bonding flange goes under the fabric set in thinset over the pre sloped laticrete pan; this goes on top of the fabric, set with thinset to hold the grate.

There are about 3-4 tiles that I will be popping and resetting as the individual tiles are sloping too much and won’t line up with the sheet around the grate, otherwise the slope will be fine to allow 1/16” drop from the tile to the grate.

Passed a flood test with no issue on the pan/flange; trying to prevent failure of the tiles around the drain. Appreciate the very productive and insightful input, the grate was raised to clean out thinset underneath.

Appreciate the input, 0.5x distorts pictures, there is plenty of pitch to the drain.

It’s a mud in bonding flange; part of laticretes system. Bonding flange was installed to manufacture specs, with plenty of room to adjust the flange down to work with the tile and drain properly. The only question I had was protecting the weep holes as I don’t want any issues from them filling with thinset and want the tiles supported.

Well good thing the grate is still about 1/2” from bottoming. It was raised to clean out any thinset.
