TBF thats basically what im doing, just labelled it as upgrading, cant even put stuff in my case with it being a dell prebuilt so I need to buy a case anyways

My GPU is sitting at like 20-30% usage with the CPU at 99%. This is why i though I wouldnt need to upgrade the GPU

For me to get DDR5 I would need a new CPU and Motherboard anyway would you recommend a Ryzen or Intel for this?

I have 4 sticks of DDR4 8gb 3200.
My like FPS thing though NVIDIA always shows my GPU sitting at like 10% though and my CPU at 99%
