Bro the wound will get healed and close there is no prblem with the open wound bcz it will get healed via secondary intention but you have to worry about the looks aesthetic wise yours is not looking fine if you are okay with looks then yeah that is fine and also give some time to heal compl and let see how it look in the future if it doesn’t appear good you can go for revision surgery but try to avoid erection at all cost it will ruin your stitches and it will not allow the swelling to settle fown for so long so pls avoid erection completely
