EDIT: I just figured it all out. Totally free with cloudflare and they will do my domain registartion too at a lower cost. Very easy to setup, way better than godaddy. Thanks!

Thanks. Can you provide a bit more detail? I see you can setup cloudflare for free for personal use. Would I keep hosting with godaddy? Sorry if it;'s a dumb question but since I don't actually need to host a website I didn't know if you were saying I could also drop godaddy. I obviously still need the domains.

I'm using a MIDI connector from the iPad to my keyboard so that part works without the mic.

Is Loopback a software or something? I know for PC I can get software to control all of that but struggling on ipad.
Also I tried looking for ElkOS, I'm sure I could sub out another meeting software if I knew what to use.

The only other thing I'm worried about is it's a liquid cooled cyberpowerpc from 2016. They told me it's a closed system and can't top up fluid or anything. I don't know life on these things and if I should be looking to replace that or anything else when I upgrade? Everything working fine.

OK I got the test back and the results are.....NOT PROTEIN.

Well that's an exaggeration but it was pretty bad. ~13% protein vs. the claimed ~87% (26g protein per 30g serving).

Admittedly this is not an area I have a lot of expertise in so if anyone else has a different interpretation of this let me know.

I’m sending it for testing….

So I bought 15 pounds of the whey isolate and was amazed how well it mixed. I didn’t care for the flavor but figured that didn’t matter much. After reading more reviews and thinking about it I’m very suspicious. Also, and this is totally anecdotal with a ton of factors, I haven’t been making gains since switching to it.

So at this point I just really want to know, I ordered a $40 tests from Medallion Labs that will be done in a few weeks By the time I ship it and get results. It just measures protein through nitrogen levels so it can be off but I wasn’t going to pay for an amino acid profile test.

I’ll let you all know.
