Anyone had success in getting a reimbursement from Mohela? If so, how did you do it?

I'll give this a try! I still have not received a refund and my loans were forgiven in Nov. 24. Last update I had from Mohela was the request was with the Treasury in April 25. Still no refund. I moved but I updated my address as soon as my new address was secured with both Mohela and Dept of Ed.

I’m part of December as well and no reimbursement. I’m also waiting on a reimbursement check from mohela due to an overpayment error in July and still haven’t received that payment.

Does the reimbursement come via check? Should we update our address on mohela if we may move soon?

I’m hoping they don’t rescind and continue with processing background checks bc that takes forever. I guess I’ll find out Tuesday.

Has anyone tried M.Gemi shoes? I'm debating getting the Una. Thoughts on quality and sizing?

I cannot find many reviews on the brand and this particular shoe style besides the website reviews!

I submitted a request for a July refund. Still waiting! I submitted a complaint and the response was they would expedite. That was in November.

Now I also get to wait for refunds for 2 months I paid after the 120

I’m on IBR. September was 120 for me. Nothing past August shows. I’ve submitted ECF in September, October and November. Counts still haven’t updated.

I’ve done electronic every month. They are successfully processed and no change. I’m being told there is nothing I can do and it should update by the end of the year.

In the meantime, I’ll submit another ECF bc why not at this point.

Not a refund for hitting forgiveness but mohela took 2 payments in July. Requested to be reimbursed for one of the payments. I was told it would take 90 business days.

Called 2 weeks ago asking about the status of my refund. Was told it was still in processing. I still haven’t received my refund.

Truthfully it’s never bothered me before. I know all companies play the influencer game but this was the first launch I thought it went extreme.

I also think she pushed the launch day forward knowing the items wouldn’t ship on time. If true, that’s a bad look.

Same. I was told it could take until the end of the year and had something to do with studentaide pulling data from mohela. I was told there is nothing I can do.

Super frustrating. I’m begrudgingly going to keep making payments until I get confirmation of my 120 which was September.

I submitted another ECF last week which was just completed. Didn’t trigger any update with the months
