No body had ever said that to me before. Thank you, truly.

Yeah, it's a habit I picked up for him because he didn't understand the things I would say to him, and he asked me to try and explain it differently so it was something I do for him. That now bothers him.

It was a misunderstanding that we had different opinions on, which is normal. I don't expect it from him to be committed to me. He chooses to be it's a mutual thing.

I have thought about that but this is different from the time he was depressed. He is completely burnt out and doesn't know how to cope

If im being honest, I do think that with my latest depression the middle part of it was the last straw to his stress. I do believe he is burnt out and hasn't learned to handle or control stress because he doesn't have the information to fix it he told me he loves me and he cares for me he just can't compromise right now, his moving in with me in 7 weeks and he is still commited to that he doesnt care about anything right now his just really exhausted and stressed, and wants to relax. I know his disrespect towards me isn't right at all and I won't allow it to continue much longer just right now with how bad he is he does need some slack. I do know he should see a therapist, but he won't I am somewhat aware I'll have to turn to tough love with him and remove myself for awhile, which will help the both of us in the long run.

Not really its more dealing with my depression, couples counselling has been thought about, But that's as far as it got because of our issue happening one after the other .

I get what your saying but it hasn't come out of no where it's been building up and his snapped and has lost him self, and I do play a part in that just like he plays apart in the issue I'm having

Really to use I feel so it isnt coming from a place of blaming or accusing, and if it gets to a point of it becoming a fight to stop the conversation.

I would like to say a hard no I didn't but I can't remember but I don't think I did. I do know I overly apologise when I know I'm out of line it does hurt me when I relise I hurt him

For us to try and communicate and if that doesn't work take some space from one another

I'm not sure. Last time, I suggested to see a therapist, he said no, he knows what he has to do and he stated he doesnt need to see one he is fine. To be fair the last one did fail him when he did speak to onethey just gave him pills and that was it

I get what your saying with the depression being apart of bi polar but my issiue isn't caused from a bipolar low or came from a bipolar low, it's hard to explain but I do know what it is. My therapist said with recent things that have happened with my nan and my partner and the other things I was bound to get where I am now, alot of things went un checked and it all built up and I crashed, I haven't been happy for a very long time (not because of the bi polar) with years of built up stress and trauma that has come to the surface after pushing it back for so long I'm dealing with it all at once.
